1.Demo shower or bath tub to studs. (only place coming down to studs).
2. Remove vanity.
3. Remove toilet.
4. Remove Light fixtures.
5. Remove Mirror.
6. Remove towel bars.
7. Install new shower pan (solid surface) or bathtub (acrylic).
8. Install new drywall behind shower or bath.
9. Install new shower diverter.
10. Install water proof corners.
11. Install NOWSTONE in shower.
12. Install shower door.
13. Install shower diverter trims.
14. Install shower niche. 34×14
15. Minor drywall repair.
16. Paint walls and ceiling.
17. Install new vanity.
18. Install new mirror.
19. Install new light fixture.
20. Install new towel bars.
21. Install new pvc trim. (Caulked and painted.)
22. Install lvt or lvp flooring over existing tile. (Removal of tile will be an added cost)
(***All demo removed from property with a dumpster. (Dumpster will be on property until end of the project***)
