By downloading or using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the App
The RenovationsNow Store app provides users with the ability to:
- Browse renovation products, packages, and services,
- Book consultations with the RenovationsNow team, and
- Purchase approved renovation products once account access is granted.
The App is designed to enhance the mobile shopping experience for homeowners and RenovationsNow sales representatives.
Access to in-app purchasing is limited to approved users following consultation and account verification.
Account Registration and Access
Users may create an account within the App using their email address and password.
All new accounts begin as guest or pending accounts until a consultation is scheduled and approved.
RenovationsNow reserves the right to review, approve, or decline access to purchasing functionality based on business criteria.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support@renovationsnow.com immediately.
Appointment-Gated Purchasing
To ensure accurate product selection and pricing, purchasing privileges are unlocked only after completing a design or consultation appointment.
Guests may browse products and request consultations at any time, but checkout functions will remain disabled until account approval.
All purchases made through the App are for physical renovation goods or services only.
Digital goods or in-app subscriptions are not sold through this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, are the property of RenovationsNow or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any portion of the App without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, RenovationsNow is not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in displayed information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenovationsNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
